Unless otherwise prescribed by your homoeopath:

Heal-16: Adults 15 to 20 drops in a little water, 3 times a day, away from meals.

Passiflora Q: Adults 10 to 15 drops in a quarter cup of water, 2 to 3 times a day, away from meals.

For oral use only.

Tips

Take away from meals and avoid strong flavours like mint, coffee, raw onion or garlic for about 30 minutes around each dose. Keep a 30-minute gap from other medicines.

Long-standing complaints usually need regular use for 4 to 12 weeks.
