Where we deliver

dë Healing currently delivers within Pakistan only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery charges

Orders below Rs 2,500: flat delivery charge of Rs 250.
Orders of Rs 2,500 and above: free delivery.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days in major cities and 3 to 6 working days in other areas. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, holidays, bad weather or in remote areas.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting the parcel. If a product arrives damaged, leaking, with a broken seal or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement.

Undelivered or refused orders

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or because it was refused at the door, it will be returned to us. Repeated refused COD orders may lead to COD being unavailable for future orders.
