Our products are homoeopathic medicines. Information on this website is for general guidance only and does not replace advice from a qualified doctor or homoeopath. Always read the label and use products as directed. Do not stop any prescribed medicine without your doctor's advice. Seek medical help for serious or persistent symptoms. 4. Products and prices

We try to describe and display our products accurately, but packaging may change and colours may appear differently on screen. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may confirm Cash on Delivery orders by phone or message before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the order details cannot be confirmed or we suspect misuse.

6. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and any other payment methods shown at checkout. For COD orders, payment is due in full to the courier at delivery.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy, both available on this website.
