Homoeopathic medicines are generally gentle and are usually taken alongside conventional treatment. Do not stop any prescribed medicine on your own, and tell your doctor what you are taking. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a long-term condition, ask our homoeopath first.

Unless your homoeopath advises otherwise, adults take 15 to 20 drops and children 7 to 10 drops in a little water, 3 times a day, away from meals. Avoid strong flavours such as mint, coffee, raw onion or garlic for about 30 minutes around each dose. Each product page lists its exact directions.

Recent complaints often respond within a few days. Long-standing complaints usually need regular use for 4 to 12 weeks. If there is no improvement, or symptoms get worse, speak to a homoeopath or doctor.
