Unless otherwise prescribed, adults take 15 to 20 drops 3 times a day, away from meals.

How should I take these drops?
Add the drops to a little water (about a quarter cup) and take away from meals, ideally 30 minutes before or after food. Avoid strong flavours like mint, coffee, raw onion or garlic for about 30 minutes around each dose.
