How do I take a mother tincture?
Mix the drops in a quarter cup of water and take away from meals, ideally 30 minutes before or after food. Avoid strong flavours like mint, coffee, raw onion or garlic for about 30 minutes around each dose.

Recent (acute) complaints often respond within a few days. Long-standing complaints usually need regular use for 4 to 12 weeks. If there is no improvement, or symptoms get worse, consult a homoeopath or doctor.
